Based on the fact that the management of BPS is focused on the smoothness of the production process, the investments cover the entire production line. From pre-press (CTP was introduced in the production process in order to better manage the plates supply and to shorten the production
time) to printing (70x100 cm, 5 colors + varnish printing machine) and finishing activities (new collator, gluing machine, etc). One major factor in the company`s continuous development was the important technology investment volume (in 2006 only the technology investments were about 4 Milion Euro)
Client Service Department has been permanently developed. The structure was designed as a solution for the most complex needs, trying to minimize the client`s effort in offset printing projects.
Integration of layout design/DTP with offset printing was a natural step and is assuring the shortest deadlines and cost reduction through instant communication between the divisions, no communication errors between the divisions involved in the project, no errors in electronic file preparation, the file being prepared based on the printing machine characteristics, delivery to client`s warehouse with BPS cars. Having everything integrated, the cost of each step of the project assures BPS low total cost per project.
