The business started in 1997 with a very low investment (50.000USD). There were just two machines: one 35/50 cm, 2 colors printing machine and a cutting machine, but the business was driven by a very smart pricing policy. The business was growing and in 1998 the production capacity was doubled and the entire company has moved in another building, thing that had an important impact in company’s image.
In 1999 BPS had an important burst as a result of acquisition of the first 4 colors machine. This new machine allowed BPS to finish the 4 colors jobs at half of a time, which had a direct impact on costs.
In 2000 was made another important step forward after de acquisition of the 50/70, 2 colors printing machine.
In 2001 the construction of its own plant was done, everything was moved in the new building and another 57/70, 4 colors machine was bought.
The DTP and prepress business unit was developed in-house in 2002. In 2004 was bought the second 50/70, 4 colors, printing machine and a new business unit were born: postpress. This new business allowed integrating the entire process under the same roof, from DTP to transport to client’s warehouse.
In 2006, the company made a big investment in bringing the 70/100 5 colors plus IR varnish machine, different machines for post press and finishing and a CTP.

The development continued during 2007 and 2008, consolidating the company, driving to higher quality products and services, facts proven by the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

Now, the management of the company is working on development programs which will assure the continuous growth of the business.
